DDPAK is a defect inspection software dedicated to high-accuracy CNC Vision Measuring Machine, Quick Vision. It is a new measurement / inspection system that combines high-precision measurement and defect inspection with a single unit by adding defect inspection functions such as detection of dust, burrs and chips to the dimensional measurement. The powerful measurement function of Quick Vision series enables defect dimensioning measurement and shape analysis. By analyzing the numerical values such as the position, size, depth and height of the defect, it is useful for root cause analysis and prevention for defect occurrence. It is possible to use existing Quick Vision without modifying the hardware. An additional defect inspection software can be installed to add the defect inspection function.
